Zen Yoga is appropriate for any level of experience - from brand-new beginners to advanced practitioners. We work together during class to help you achieve your goals and get the most out of your practice.

Classes are structured to provide you with exposure to a wide variety of standing and seated poses, as well as backbends, twists, and balance poses. Modifications are provided for those who may need them, allowing you to listen to your body and work in harmony with it.
If you prefer to practice in a one-on-one or small group setting, please contact me to make an appointment for a private session. Private sessions are customized to your personal needs and goals.
