Booking
Do I have to book in advance for an in-person class? Can I just show up?
  • All in-person classes must be booked in advance due to space limitations.
  • In-person yoga classes can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants. 

What if I book in advance for an in-person class and can’t make it?

Scheduling Changes
Schedules, instructors, and prices of classes are subject to change without notice.

Please always check the website for current schedules and prices.

Policy on Minors
The minimum age to attend a yoga class is 16. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on behalf of the minor. 

Privacy Notice
No information about any client will ever be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent. 

​Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. However, all class reservations may be cancelled up to the time the class begins and your purchase may be used for a future reservation. 

Note that you must cancel your reservation yourself, online. Email or voicemail messages DO NOT QUALIFY as a cancellation. 

If you do not cancel by the time the class begins, you forfeit your reservation.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor for any reason, all participants will be notified as soon as possible. Payments will be refunded or transferred to another class.

Workshops and Events
Workshop and event cancellations require a 48-hour email notice before the workshop or event takes place in order to receive a refund. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space.

Workshop cancellation requests must be sent via email to: josefdottirllc@gmail.com.

Absence from a workshop or event is non-refundable.

Private 1:1 Appointments
Private 1:1 appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private 1:1 appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a private 1:1 appointment prior to 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded or kept on your account per your wishes.

If you are late for a private 1:1 appointment, the appointment will end at the original time.
